Every item in my shop is handmade with care, and I want you to love what you receive.  If something isn't quite right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original or comparable packaging to ensure safe transit.

Because of their custom nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Clearance or sale items

• Fluid art canvases larger than 8x10

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.  I will replace or refund the item.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
